Your property address, general condition, and preferred timing are a helpful starting point. Please avoid sending financial account information or other sensitive documents in your first email.
Does contacting you commit me to anything?
No. Calling or emailing is simply an initial conversation. Any obligations would be set out in a separate written agreement.
Will NewBurt Holdings purchase every property?
No. Each property is considered individually. An inquiry does not guarantee an offer, purchase, or closing date.
How does NewBurt Holdings participate in transactions?
Our focus is real estate investment for our own account. A transaction may involve a purchase or, where lawful and permitted by the agreement, assignment of a contractual interest. Our role and interest will be explained for the specific transaction. This website does not offer brokerage representation.
